Depository Joining (NSDL, CDSL)

End-to-end depository connectivity — NSDL and CDSL interface setup, ISIN application, and ongoing demat reconciliation managed as a single, accountable engagement.

Depository Joining (NSDL, CDSL)

Before a company's shares can be held in demat form, the company must be admitted as an issuer with NSDL and CDSL, and its RTA must be the registered interface between the company and both depositories. RCMC manages this process end to end — from the initial application through to live ISIN activation and reconciliation.

For companies approaching an IPO or private placement, depository joining is a prerequisite that must be completed well in advance of the listing event. Delays here cascade into listing timelines. RCMC's experience with both NSDL and CDSL processes means we manage this proactively, not reactively.

Post-setup, RCMC handles the ongoing depository reconciliation obligation — ensuring that the company's physical register and the depository's demat records remain in agreement at all times, and that any discrepancies are identified and resolved immediately.
