Adequate arrangements for collection of subscription figures & follow-up for collection of applications along with bank schedules from outstation bank branches have been made which cover almost all parts of the country.
Tie up for bulk despatch/mailing of share certificates/refund orders has also been made, in addition to the in-house capacity to dispatch upto 40,000 envelopes per day.

RCMC owns a well furnished centrally located office space measuring about 5000 square feet in the heart of South Delhi well placed between the two Commercial centers of Delhi, namely Connaught Place and Nehru Place.
RCMC also has an independent storage area of around 4000 square feet for catering to Logistic need of the client.
Layouts of the offices are scientifically planned for optimum space utilization. The available space is adequate to accommodate over 75 personnel.

There are about 40 trained & well qualified personnel at RCMC. The senior level consists of 2 full time technically qualified Directors, a qualified and well experienced Company Secretary and 4 qualified and experienced managers supported by a team of about 35 executives and assistants.

At RCMC, the systems are under a networked environment. The operating system used is Novell NetWare® Version 4.12. The programming tools used include Clipper® 5.2 , Foxbase®, Visual FoxPro® 6.0 and Visual Basic® 6.0. The applications are a mix of customized DOS & WINDOWS based applications developed in-house by the team of expert software professionals. All the applications used are developed keeping in mind the needs of the clients, thus ensuring that specific and unique needs of clients can be met in time. Our in-house capability enables us to incorporate modifications in software according to individual clients' requirements.
- Remote Online Access
We have developed an advanced system for direct access of our database from client's location through modem, thus enabling them to have real-time on-line information.
- Correspondence Management Package
The dak (correspondence) received is entered in the system and a unique Inward Receipt number (INR No.) is generated. The INR No. is linked with action taken/despatch number. The pending status of the correspondence can be inquired through the system.
Over 90% of the correspondence received from the shareholders is replied by generating individual/personalized letters through the system.
The system controls are designed to monitor all the activities at an elementized level resulting in the optimum utilization of the resources with consistent quality level.
