RCMC Share Registry Private Limited was established in 1950 as Rajdhani Computer & Management Consultants — at a time when India's capital markets were still taking shape. We built our practice around a straightforward premise: companies and their shareholders deserve a registrar that is reachable, accountable, and capable of resolving matters without delay.
In 1994, SEBI formalised the regulatory framework for Registrars and Transfer Agents. RCMC was among the first cohort of firms to receive registration — a designation we have held continuously ever since, under Registration No. INR000000429. That continuity matters: it means our processes, our systems, and our people have evolved through every regulatory change the Indian market has seen over three decades.
Today, RCMC serves listed companies, unlisted companies preparing for listing, CS firms managing multiple clients, and corporate finance teams navigating complex transactions.
